itisyou is opened by a pass: £1 for 30 days, or £10 for 365 days. Every pass is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
The passes
A month pass costs £1.00 and opens the space for 30 days. A year pass costs £10.00 and opens it for 365 days. Both are in pounds sterling, and the price shown is the price charged — there is no currency conversion, no regional pricing and nothing added at checkout.
Nothing renews
Every payment is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription, no stored mandate and no automatic renewal. When a pass reaches its end date it simply ends, and nothing is taken from your card unless you choose to buy another. Buying while a pass is still running adds the new days to the end of it rather than replacing it.
Cancelling and refunds
You have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase, and you are not asked to waive that right. Refunds go back to the card that paid. The refunds page explains how to ask and what happens after 14 days.
What a pass opens, and what never lapses
A pass opens the practice tools. Signing in to view, export or delete what is yours does not need one and never expires: your history and saved work stay reachable to you whether or not a pass is running. A pass gates the tools, not your own data.
Your account
An account is an email address, the name you choose to be greeted by, and the record that you accepted these terms. You can stop using the space at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted.
What is stored
An email address, a chosen name, the consent record, the things you deliberately keep or send (saved artwork, practice history, feedback), the payment records accounting rules require, and a small operational audit trail that keeps the service safe.
